King of Pentacles is a powerhouse of abundance, as is the planet Jupiter, so this is an important time for contemplating what your desire for abundance looks like in your life. What are your practical needs right now? What brings you fulfillment, joy, pleasure? Where in your life do you need more, and in what areas do you need less?

There is a minimalist tone to this particular card, which is unusual compared to the traditional depiction of this king. So this week you may want to reflect on the simple basics of what really matters to you. Consider where you are already rich and abundant in your life… and practice gratitude for all that already is. This also a key strategy to staying grounded (Pentacles is the Earth element suit).

Two feet on the ground, knowing that we are all interconnected on this earth, and yet you still have the sovereignty to create space for your own needs. You may get a clearer perspective on whatever you are experiencing in your daily life, allowing your own power to return to you. Call it back in.. it is yours, after all.
